BLUE-tec was founded in 2014 by Lex van Dijk. Lex van Dijk MSc is a successful entrepreneur in the water industry. He has already started some successful companies like Triqua B.V. and Sustec B.V. Before that he worked at Grontmij, VolkerStevin and Wageningen University.
Annie Polman
COO/CFO
Annie is COO of the company. She has more than 10 years of experience at successful and innovating companies. She has diploma's in accounting, business administration and laboratory science.
Luchien Luning
Senior process engineer
Luchien has extensive experience in both mechanical and chemical engineering, In his long career, > 35 years, he has been working on a variety of disciplines including solid waste management, waste water treatment and sustainable bio-energy. He joined Blue-Tec in June 2019 and is involved in the overall process-engineering aspects of Blue-Tec projects, ranging from consultancy, basic- and detailed engineering to trouble-shooting of operational plants.
Stefan Vasilev
Project engineer
Stefan is a Mechanical Engineer with MSc Environmental Technology degree from Wageningen University. Throughout his studies and after an internship at BLUE-tec he continued to work with us on the development of our innovative membrane contactors. Currently he is involved in leading our projects for turnkey delivery installations.
Chris Meerman
Process engineer / Project engineer
Chris is an engineer that has an aquatic eco-technology degree from the HZ University of Applied Sciences with a special interest in sustainable water technologies. After completing his thesis at Blue-tec he continued to work with us, currently focusing on the development and operation of our pilot installations.
Allyshah Maduro
Process engineer / PLC programming
Allyshah graduated in 2015 from Hogeschool Utrecht (University of Applied sciences of Utrecht) as a Chemical Engineer. Allyshah is currently involved in different projects at BLUE-tec. She will be taking part in the Lab-testing, lab-scale and bench-scale testing, construction of pilots and start-up.
Jacintha Vissers
Administration
Jacintha Vissers is an assistent with 18 years of experience in the administrative and financial field. After graduating she has worked in very large organisations and smaller companies, so she has an allround background.
